Scott is a lifelong educator who specializes in leading
and developing immersive, specialized, and dynamic learning ecosystems proven
to galvanize peak performance.
Informed by his 6 years’ experience as a Special
Operations Scout Sniper in the Marine Corps, 10 years’ experience as a high
school educator and curriculum designer, and 4 years’ experience as a highly
sought after leadership and learning consultant, Scott brings a unique approach
to solving adaptive challenges that involve leadership and performance
Currently, Scott is the Director of Learning and
Development for Hilton (Fortune’s 2019 Best Place to Work) supporting the Data
and Analytics team. Just prior to his joining Hilton last January, Scott
served as the Chief Content and Learning Officer of a small Leadership and
Performance Consulting firm where he designed, developed, and delivered a
series of high profile deliverables for SAP which involved working with
international talent across two dozen countries and bringing highly innovative
programs to fruition. Prior to this, Scott worked at Deloitte helping
lead several learning initiatives for large Federal clients.
As a lifelong learner, Scott’s tertiary
specializations and pursuits include Behavioral Economics, Emotional
Intelligence, and Cognitive Psychology.
